Drive Sales and Shape the Future of EGYM

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the sales of our innovative technological solutions in Northern Spain. With your experience in B2B sales and fitness, you will contribute to our mission of making the gym work for everyone and help establish EGYM as Spain's top fitness solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of EGYM's solutions in your assigned sales territory
  • Act as a business and tech consultant to analyze and understand client business challenges
  • Promote and give demos of EGYM's solutions to generate new business opportunities
  • Create and present business cases, offers, and concepts for clients
  • Organize and execute regional sales events with the support of our Marketing team
  • Report sales performance to our Country Director
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in solution selling (B2B) and consultancy with a technological background
  • Successful track record in selling solutions and consultant services
  • Deep understanding of economics and business model design
  • Highly motivated and result-driven with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to create and grow customer network
  • Experience in Salesforce or other CRM tools
