PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agriculture Capability Lead to join our team in West Europe. As a key member of our Global Agriculture function, you will play a critical role in maximizing our scale for the biggest bets and building critical capabilities to drive progress against our strategic potato agenda.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage global strategic partnerships to accelerate scaled innovation across business.
- Build key playbooks to enable 'lift and shift' collaboration and leverage Global best practices.
- Drive standardization and scale of proven (best) practices across PepsiCo while identifying and securing the investments and strategic partnerships across local markets required for the future.
You will work closely with the Global team and across West Europe Agronomy team/farmers to integrate these Global partnerships and Best Practices through locally relevant adaptation to deliver accelerated potato productivity and reduce current high barriers of entry for new, local farmers through improved crop resilience, grower livelihoods whilst driving accelerated adoption of Pep+ vision.
Requirements:- Deep Agricultural, crop-level expertise required to influence farmers.
- High level of Computer literacy (PowerPoint, Excel and Tableau; Ability to navigate & exploit Internet, interrogate Oracle and other business applications).
- At least 7 years working in Agriculture or Supply Chain with a high degree of agronomic job content.
- Ideally on the professional register for BASIS and FACTS (or local equivalent).
