SaaS Market Development Expert

We at Sastrify aim to empower our customers by providing them with the tools and resources needed to manage their SaaS subscriptions efficiently. To achieve this, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Business Development Manager to join our team.
As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for advising our prospects and customers on the leading and best-fit SaaS and Cloud tools available via the Sastrify Marketplace. Your role will involve leading the end-to-end Sastrify Marketplace pre-sales, onboarding, and renewal efforts, including building your sales pipeline, winning deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding, and securing future renewals.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven work experience in customer-facing roles, including Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Account Management or in a similar one in the SaaS industry. You will also have gained a university degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, IT, Engineering, or in a similar discipline. Additionally, you will be persistent, creative, and reliable - you bring the motivation required to drive multiple business opportunities and projects in parallel to understand, connect, and delight our customers.
You will be a self-motivated and proactive team player with innovative ideas to continuously improve the value that we deliver to our customers and our differentiation in the market. Outstanding oral and written ability in English is essential. You should be comfortable working remotely and based in Germany or Spain. It is a plus if you have proven experience running the end-to-end SaaS pre-sales, onboarding, and renewals, or working in the channel business, and being fluent in German.
