**Job Overview**

Tempo Software, a leading provider of productivity-enhancing project management solutions, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to drive explosive global revenue growth and further extend our position as a leader in the market.

In this pivotal role, you will lead Tempo's full-stack marketing organization in support of our growth efforts, complementing our product-led growth (PLG) sales motion. You will help define our short- and long-term go-to-market (GTM) strategy, grow and develop the Marketing organization, and be responsible for executing on our Marketing strategy.

You will work closely with our CEO and other commercial leadership teams to continue building upon our leading position in the market. Your primary goal will be to deliver best-in-class product-led growth marketing efforts that attract and retain customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Define our global Marketing strategy and short- and long-term objectives that align with our overall company goals.
  • Provide leadership and strategy execution to the Marketing organization.
  • Set ambitious marketing revenue targets and create detailed plans to deliver, ruthlessly prioritizing efforts for maximum impact on customer and business outcomes.
  • Continuously build upon our PLG sales strategy and define complementary sales strategies, outlining a multi-year path to execute and deliver.
  • Define and execute a world-class end-to-end customer experience for customers and drive excellence in our PLG selling motion.

**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this role is around $175,000 - $225,000, depending on location and experience.

**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a B2B software industry.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize efforts for maximum impact.

**Location:** This role can be based remotely, but preference will be given to candidates located in the United States.
