Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of our enterprise-wide business and application architecture, ensuring it aligns with our strategic requirements.
- Drive thought leadership in enterprise/solution/data architecture, influencing stakeholders to define the future state of our technology.
- Identify opportunities to work across IAG Tech to deliver major architectural initiatives.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure third-party deliverables meet strategic, technical, and cost requirements.
- Continuously identify and execute improvement opportunities to drive optimal solutions through the implementation of our architecture roadmap.
- Develop and maintain relationships within the Group and externally to identify and promote best practices and industry trends.
- Education to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Recognized architecture qualification desirable.
- Working towards TOGAF level 1 certification.
- Clear leadership and ability to influence and persuade across the organization at senior levels.
- Collaborative, open working, resulting in recognition as a valued partner by colleagues, customers, and senior stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and understanding of the broader business context (business acumen).
- Innovation - transforming industry trends into practical, cost-effective, secure, scalable, and supportable solutions.
- Fluent written and spoken in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of the human resources and/or finance business.
- Knowledge of MRO, Pax&Bags, Aircraft, Handling, Crew & OCC Business.
- Experience of successfully completing significant architecture and consultancy assignments.
- Proven track record of confidently leading architecture activities.
- Broad experience of IT or business strategy studies.
- Proven track record of successful stakeholder management at a senior level.
- Business partnering, working as a valued partner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of and contribution to applicable best practice and/or methodologies.
- Demonstrable awareness of worldwide architecture trends and practice.
- Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable, but not essential.
