Customer Service Representative Luxury

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing all customer interactions related to the order-to-cash process, including orders, deliveries, returns, claims, and bad debt.
Key Responsibilities:- Centralize customer relations in the order-to-cash process, providing information on order status, products, deliveries, stock, invoices, collections, and common issues.
- Manage the order and delivery management process, resolving problems to create sales orders, reviewing and unblocking orders for delivery.
- Manage incidences or delays in the order delivery process, modifying orders and deliveries, interacting with the logistics department for delivery issues, and following up on faults and providing information requested by customers.
- Transport management, preparing orders to send to customers, following up on orders to deliver, and managing information requested by customers.
- Invoice management, reviewing and unblocking orders for invoicing and generating billing documents.
- Manage overdue or bad debt.
- Claim management, receiving, analyzing, registering, and resolving customer complaints.
- Desired university studies, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in back-office or customer service with related functions, preferably in the luxury sector or similar.
- Mandatory fluency in French and English, with a native or bilingual level.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a high volume of work.
