Job Summary

Sin nombre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Card and Expense Program Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Purchasing, Program and Operations department, you will be responsible for managing the EMEA T&E card program and supporting additional departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Management: Oversee the EMEA T&E card program, ensuring compliance with company policies and providing consistent customer service.
  2. Audit and Compliance: Own the T&E audit processes, ensuring that Concur and Oversights audits are conducted and that documented processes are being followed.
  3. Internal Liaison: Liaise with Internal Audit when appropriate.
  4. Per Diem and Mileage Reimbursement: Own and manage the Per Diem and Mileage Reimbursement processes in the EMEA region.
  5. Mergers and Acquisitions: Oversee any M&A card-related activities while the acquired company is being transitioned.
  6. Card Administration: Open individual card accounts, terminate accounts, and manage fraud alerts/referrals.
  7. Customer Support: Provide alerts to delinquent card holders and act as a point of contact to escalate as necessary.
  8. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports for delinquent accounts and perform AP monthly reconciliation and prepare manual journal entries in Blackline.
  9. Special Projects: Assist and own special projects as required.
Requirements
  1. Business Acumen: Highly developed business, customer service, and communications skills.
  2. Project Management: Proven ability to take ownership of projects and responsibilities.
  3. Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail.
  4. Technical Skills: Knowledge of card administration and maintenance using Citi Manager, Concur Expense, and other Concur technical skills necessary to give continued support to internal clients.
  5. Education and Experience: BA or equivalent experience, preferably with at least 1 year of Accounts Payable handling experience.
