Drive Business Growth with a Proven Track Record

At Adaptive Teams, we're seeking a seasoned leader to take on the role of Head of Growth. As a champion of our brand, you'll lead marketing efforts, own sales, and represent our agency as its top evangelist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow Our Business: Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, content marketing, webinars, and paid ads.
  • Own Sales and Marketing: Take ownership of both marketing and sales, handling discovery calls and consolidating both functions into one seamless role.
  • Represent Our Agency: Serve as the face of the brand—host webinars, participate in podcasts, and attend key industry events to evangelize our services and expertise.
  • Build Client Relationships: Nurture relationships with small e-commerce and FBA brands, driving client success and scaling growth.
  • Lead Sales Efforts: Manage client acquisition and strengthen ongoing relationships.
  • Represent Our Agency at Conferences: Strategically represent the agency at conferences and networking events to drive brand awareness and build partnerships.
  • Analyze Marketing Data: Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to continually optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, take-charge attitude.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with a track record of driving results and scaling businesses.
  • Sales Experience: 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years working with service agencies.
  • E-commerce Experience: 1+ year of experience working in e-commerce, particularly with small brands or FBA sellers.
  • Amazon Expertise: Expert knowledge of Amazon and its impact on e-commerce growth strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Confident communicator and public speaker, with experience hosting webinars, speaking at events, or appearing on podcasts.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage client relationships, deliver results across multiple accounts, and lead from the front.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive mindset with a proven ability to take ownership and drive projects from start to finish.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
