Key Responsibilities:
- Listing Creation and Management: Guide merchants in creating and managing their Google My Business listings.
- Listing Verification: Support merchants in getting their Google My Business listings verified and activated.
- Review Management: Guide merchants in requests related to reviews coming from customers.
- Search Ranking: Educate merchants on how search ranking works.
- Listing Reinstatement: Support merchants in getting their suspended or disabled Google My Business listings reinstated.
- Client G My Business Guidelines: Educate merchants about the Client G My Business Eligibility and Data Quality guidelines.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian
- Working proficiency in English (C1 level)
- Excellent communication skills
- High understanding of IT topics such as storage, networking, windows/mac
