SAP Senior Technical Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Senior Technical Payroll Specialist to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our AMPS department, you will be responsible for providing application support consultancy to our outsourced SAP client.
Key Responsibilities- Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and technical activities.
- Manage tickets after receiving knowledge transfer from the customer.
- Generate easy-to-maintain bug-free code and customizing respecting Strada best practices.
- Operate required system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications/developments meet agreed specifications.
- Provide documentation on issues handled.
- Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Regularly report on status and progress to the AMO Team Manager.
- Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at an appropriate level.
- Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
- Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance or implementation.
- Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies at a fast pace.
- Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resource.
- Ability to multi-task, work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, and consistently achieve quality standards.
- Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication skills in English and Italian.
- Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
