Job Summary

As a Senior SAP HCM Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing application support consultancy to our outsourced SAP client. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our SAP HCM system, providing expert advice and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and technical activities.
• Manage tickets after receiving knowledge transfer from the client.
• Generate easy-to-maintain, bug-free code and customizing, respecting Strada best practices.
• Operate required system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications/developments meet agreed specifications.
• Provide documentation on issues handled, both technical and functional.
• Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met. Regularly report on status and progress to the AMO Team Manager.
• Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at an appropriate level. Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues.
• Understand general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
• Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance or implementation.
• Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies at a fast pace.
• Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resource.
• Ability to multi-task, work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, and consistently achieve quality standards.
• Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
