Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our team at Alight. As a key member of our Application Maintenance Outsourcing (AMO) Team, you will be responsible for delivering configuration and consulting payroll services to our outsourced clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for SAP HCM ES configuration and consulting services.
  • Offer application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and functional and technical activities.
  • Identify, manage, and test SAP note applications, and open and manage customer messages to SAP for help support and corrections.
  • Manage reported incidents and perform functional analysis and guidance/coaching on the technical way to implement solutions.
  • Generate easy-to-maintain, error-free implementations and customizing, respecting Alight best practices.
  • Operate required system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications/developments meet agreed specifications.
  • Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled.
  • Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met, and regularly report on status and progress to the AMO Team Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance, with Spanish PY/PA/OM knowledge desired.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources.
  • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
  • Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
