Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver configuration and consulting payroll services for SAP HCM
- Provide application support and consultancy through advice, guidance, and functional and technical activities
- Identify, manage, and test SAP notes and customer messages
- Manage reported incidents and perform functional analysis and guidance/coaching on technical implementation
- Generate easy-to-maintain error-free implementations and customizing respecting Alight best practices
- Operate required system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications/developments meet agreed specifications
- Provide documentation on issues handled
- Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met, and regularly report on status and progress to the AMO Team Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
- Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance
- French PY/PA/OM knowledge desired
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources
- Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability
- Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information
