Job Description

We are currently looking for an Application Support Manager to join our team in Berlin or remotely within the EU. As a key member of our Application Support Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our critical third-party applications, including our CRM, Learning Management System, and Aircall.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage support requests for Hubspot, Aircall, and Thinking Cap (LMS) from employees and customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Evaluate application performance and user feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement, ensuring seamless integration and operation of these applications.
  • Act as a point of contact with system vendors for support, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the applications, including user guides, best practices, and system configurations.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong technical background. If you have experience in application support, vendor liaison, and documentation, we encourage you to apply.
