Job Title: Application Support Engineer

At Kapsch TrafficCom Transportation Sa, we are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our international team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual to provide technical support for our Traffic Management applications. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth functioning and efficient utilization of our applications, introduce advanced monitoring solutions, and implement robust security practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth functioning and efficient utilization of our Traffic Management applications
  • Introduce advanced monitoring solutions for real-time tracking of application performance and availability
  • Implement robust security practices to protect our Traffic Management applications
  • Strategically plan and implement measures to scale Traffic Management applications according to evolving requirements
  • Promptly respond to inquiries and service requests from end-users related to Traffic Management applications
Requirements:
  • Experience in technical support for IT applications or software solutions
  • Excellent communication skills to orchestrate effective collaboration between customers, support, and development teams within an agile DevOps context
  • Leadership experience is required for Senior roles
  • Proficiency in English
