About the Job

We are looking for an exceptional IT leader to join our EMEA team as an IT Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation and delivering strategic IT initiatives that support business growth and profitability.

You will work closely with our Global IT team and EMEA leadership to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership, with experience in managing complex digital projects and programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing digital strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex digital projects and programs.
  • Mentoring and developing the next generation of leadership and talent within Global IT.
  • Representing EMEA on the Commercial IT Management Board and collaborating with peers to enhance digital value potential.

Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
