Head of Demand Generation Specialist

Pleo is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Lead to join our Revenue Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition
- Manage lead generation programs, including lead capture, scoring, and nurturing
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop integrated marketing and sales campaigns
- Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of programs and improve performance as needed
- Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience in SaaS B2B marketing roles with a focus on digital demand generation
- Experience managing a team of demand generation marketers
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented with a track record of impact
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
