Strategic Benefits Manager for EMEA Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Benefits Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes, UK. This role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of company benefit programs across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
About YouYou will be an excellent communicator with good analytical skills to leverage data, statistics, and market trends. You will have strong Excel skills and be able to manage multiple priorities and expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the strategic development and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing strategy.
- Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and internal resources to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Lead implementation and/or project manage implementation of new programs and plan design changes.
- Analyze program utilization, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of existing programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good analytical skills to leverage data, statistics, and market trends.
- Relationship building: develop and maintain successful relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Independent worker with strong execution capabilities.
In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, life insurance, and a pension scheme.
