Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as generous vacation days, health perks, and a mental health support tool. We also provide a 20-day 'work from anywhere' allowance and a generous relocation package for eligible candidates.
Job DescriptionAs a Global Benefits Manager at TravelPerk, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our global benefits programs to ensure they are aligned with our company's vision and values. You will lead the development of innovative benefits initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic decision-making to achieve optimal results.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Deep expertise in global benefits landscapes, particularly in European and US markets
- Proven experience with US benefit programs, including Health Plans, 401(k), and global wellness initiatives
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Data-driven analytical mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing circumstances
