Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Labour Relations Professional to join our Labour Relations team. This role will support us in reviewing employment contract templates, drafting and enforcing sanctions, as well as managing information dissemination to trade unions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing claims, lawsuits, and conciliations, providing support during negotiations with trade unions, and implementing agreements reached with them.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting the review of employment contract templates and drafting/enforcing sanctions
- Managing and ensuring the delivery of information to trade unions
- Preparing claims, lawsuits, and conciliations
- Providing support during negotiations with trade unions
- Implementing agreements reached with trade unions
- Supporting the creation and implementation of departmental processes
- Implementing HR global policies and managing labour relations across various countries
- Communicating effectively with managers, executives, and union representatives to create a positive working environment
- Managing labour grievances and resolving issues
- Coordinating with HR and other departments to foster positive employee relations
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (required)
- Masters degree in HR or Labour Relations (ideally)
