We are seeking a Senior Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Partner Account Managers, setting the process of teamwork, frequent negotiations with key affiliate partners, resolving challenging requests from paying members, acquisition of new partnerships through multi-channel, leveraging market and central team insights to develop winning strategies to drive and develop partner portfolio growth, providing comprehensive consultancy, support, advice, and training on the use of system portals, conducting performance analysis on regional accounts, formulating development strategies for new partner acquisitions, monitoring account activities to identify and precise solutions, and developing reporting and submission of development pipelines.
You will need to possess proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+, proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+, excellent communication skills, experience in leading a team, experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims, confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel), and advanced user of Google Workspace.
