Enterprise Sales Professional with Omnichannel Expertise

About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Professional will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strong relationships with existing clients in Iberia. This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the Customer Experience (CX) market.

Responsibilities

  • Meet assigned quota by selling to new and existing accounts in Iberia countries
  • Interact directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
  • Identify customer needs, pitch relevant products or services, and develop business plans to meet their requirements
  • Develop and execute pipeline development activities on a daily basis, following up on incoming or self-generated leads
  • Confidently articulate the Inetum vision and capabilities around the CCaaS platform, including Genesys, Sprinklr, and Salesforce Service Cloud

Requirements

  • 5 years plus experience in a successful enterprise sales role
  • Proven track record in closing large and complex projects
  • Excellent knowledge of Genesys Cloud, Sprinklr, and Salesforce platforms
  • Ability to work within a defined and structured sales methodology

Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience

Travel Requirements

Travel as required for business meetings and client visits
