About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our international support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and members who require medical assistance while traveling abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for clients and members in need of medical assistance
- Offer remote support and provide information over the phone
- Take care of clients and members in need, responding to incoming calls and advising on medical assistance
- Perform outbound contacts to mediate or organize medical assistance, as needed
- Support and collaborate in the medical cost containment process
- Participate in achieving operational goals, including KPIs, productivity, and quality management
Requirements
- Full working proficiency in Italian and German
- Fluent English language skills
- Ability to remain calm in any situation
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including public holidays and weekends
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Comfortable and confident in conflict resolution
- Team player with good organizational skills
- Open to continuous learning and improving skills
What We Offer
- Permanent contract
- Service hours from 07-23h (rotative shifts), Monday to Sunday
- 23,000 € gross per year, including bonuses for shifts and transport
- Restaurant voucher in value of approximately €1,155 yearly
- Bonuses based on performance
- Shift supplements for weekends and public holidays
