**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions for our EU Fleet Planning program. As a key member of the Amazon Logistics team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction through the introduction of new products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the development of product-related initiatives to introduce new processes for long, medium, and short-term planning, including vehicle procurement and supply chain downstream decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new products and services, leveraging statistical modeling, machine learning pipelines, and deterministic algorithms.
  • Monitor and analyze upstream forecasts, assumptions, and business strategies to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
  • Own the re-engineering of our automated forecasting model, Fleet Requirement Planning, and short-term planning model to integrate new Amazon organization van requirements, move to probability-based modeling, and introduce optimization models.
  • Develop and implement new supply channels and netting logics within the model to drive sourcing decisions.

**Requirements**

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in product management and logistics.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and deterministic algorithms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
