About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the EU Fleet Supply Chain strategy within Amazon's high-growth, fast-paced Logistics organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable fleet planning models to optimize capacity and cost.
  • Collaborate with finance business partners to ensure efficient plans that meet peak demand.
  • Define and own Fleet Demand forecasting accuracy metrics.
  • Secure buy-in from senior stakeholders on significant Fleet CAPEX investment and OPEX decisions.
  • Consolidate input from various stakeholders and ensure fleet plans reflect the latest assumptions.
  • Drive the transition to electrification and integration of MoT into Fleet Requirement Planning.
  • Extend processes to new business customer organizations and countries.
About the Team

The EU Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Fleet Planning, Analytics (FPA) team operates within Global Fleet & Products, responsible for EU AMZL fleet requirement definition, sourcing, short-term deployment scheduling, business intelligence, and analytics support.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
