About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to lead our EU Fleet Planning and Supply Chain initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize our fleet operations, ensuring seamless delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Fleet Planning Strategies: Design and execute plans to optimize fleet capacity, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with finance, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Drive Business Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
  • Manage and Optimize Fleet Operations: Develop and implement processes to improve fleet utilization, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Develop and Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish and track metrics to measure fleet performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
About the Team

Our EU Fleet Planning, Analytics (FPA) team operates within Global Fleet & Products (GFP), responsible for defining fleet requirements, sourcing, short-term deployment scheduling, business intelligence, and analytics support. We strive to scale fleet capacity efficiently, with a goal of achieving a fleet size of 46K vans by Peak 2023.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in Product Management: Proven track record of owning and driving product roadmaps, feature delivery, and trade-offs.
  • Technical Product Management Experience: Experience working with engineers on product enhancements, leading engineering discussions, and making technology-related strategy decisions.
  • Project Management Methodologies: Experience with business analysis, process improvement, or project management methodologies.
