The Challenge
We are seeking a Principal Growth Product Manager to build and lead our Product Growth initiative. This role will define the growth strategy and roadmap to enable sellers and buyers to expand organically and amplify the network effect on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive product-led growth strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and other relevant teams to build and launch growth initiatives across tribes and programs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced analytics and experimentation to optimize growth performance and inform product roadmap.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Continuously explore new growth opportunities to drive user growth across the funnel.
- Strategic Direction: Contribute to future product strategies by leveraging growth levers to drive user and revenue growth.
- Measure and Optimize: Define key performance indicators to measure growth success, analyze performance data, and implement optimization strategies.
- International Expansion: Contribute to the successful launch and growth of our platform in new international markets, adapting strategies to local contexts.
Requirements
- Product Growth: Extensive experience in product management driving user growth in a consumer-facing product.
- Strategy: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
- Experimentation Mindset: Proven experience designing and executing A/B tests and other growth experiments.
