Product Growth Manager

Wallapop is seeking a seasoned Product Growth Manager to drive user growth and expansion across our platform. As a key member of our product team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive product-led growth strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a product-led growth strategy to drive user growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and analytics, to build and launch growth initiatives.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and experimentation to optimize growth performance and inform product roadmap.
  • Identify and explore new growth opportunities to drive user growth across the funnel.
  • Contribute to future product strategies by leveraging growth levers to drive user and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in product management driving user growth in a consumer-facing product.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
  • Proven experience designing and executing A/B tests and other growth experiments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a positive, results-oriented environment.
