Job Description

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Executive to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to develop your skills in an international environment.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is €30,000 - €40,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to customers on destinations, schools, and programs.
  • Contact leads to maximize sales opportunities and progress each lead to ensure upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Buuild strong customer rapport through high-quality written and oral communications.
  • Organize phone contacts and interview requests with prospects.
  • Create and follow up on quotes and transform leads into bookings.
  • Stay up-to-date with knowledge about our schools, destinations, and sales techniques.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in sales, ideally in the travel and tourism industry or language education.
  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • An Italian level of C1/C2 with very high English.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work with deadlines.
  • Experience dealing with a high volume of leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales in the required language and English.
