About the Role: As a proactive Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability across the Nordics Cluster. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Consolidate and coordinate the monthly Nordic financial report, creating follow-up dashboards to ensure financial integrity in close collaboration with your colleagues.
  2. Transformation Leadership: Lead transversal projects from a Finance perspective, driving transformation across the Nordics.
  3. Growth and Profitability: Identify growth opportunities and enhance profitability through in-depth business model analysis.
  4. Business Control and Performance Monitoring: Provide critical business control support, monitoring performance, and identifying and addressing deviations.
  5. Reporting and Insights: Consolidate results across the cluster and lead the tracking and analysis of key business performance indicators.
  6. Strategic Presentations: Prepare insightful presentations for senior management and shareholders, detailing company performance and strategic direction.

About You: We're looking for a self-driven individual with strong analytical skills, a proactive achiever known for quickly building credibility with stakeholders. You excel in communication and are skilled at cultivating relationships across diverse cultures. Your background includes navigating complex organizations, managing multiple projects and priorities, collaborating with remote teams, and sharing best practices.
