Job Summary:

Grupo Digital is seeking a highly skilled Finance and Accounting Manager to lead our team in Albacete. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and reporting processes, as well as managing projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Led a team in charge of planning and reporting processes due to a client absence
  • Manage and coordinate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business finance or a related area
  • Masters Degree in Finance or a related field would be preferred
  • At least 8 years of finance or accounting experience
  • Proven track record of managing projects and teams
  • Experience in business planning and restructuring corporate and organic growth processes
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP FI
  • Advanced English (C1 level)
