Key Responsibilities
  • Guide development teams in defining practical frameworks and algorithms for network design and optimization.
  • Evaluate algorithms and models results from a practical domain perspective and extract insights to improve them.
  • Understand product code architecture, envision, and design new use cases, and lead end-to-end development.
  • Verify results from a domain perspective and define practical ways to introduce outputs into customer processes.
  • Analyze and visualize data to define work activities and provide deep guidance to the team.
  • Lead Proof of Concept and trials, and support the introduction of new tools and operations transformations for our customers.
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and expertise in radio network design and optimization, including a track record of consulting activities with customers.
  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering or IT.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in radio access network design and optimization.
  • Recognized as a top technical expert in their area of expertise within their company.
  • Strong analytical skills and passion for growing in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence areas.
  • NDO expertise in 5G and 4G, with knowledge of Cloud-RAN an advantage.
  • Experience in Python coding and source control via Git a plus.
  • Deep Data Analytics knowledge and advanced deductive analytical logic skills.
