About this opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team at Reconocida empresa as a Ran Design and Optimization Expert. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a highly qualified team and enable success stories for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guide development teams from NDO/RAN domain point of view: defining practical NDO frameworks and algorithms that provide customer value and showcase domain expertise leadership, evaluate algorithms and models results from a practical NDO domain perspective and extracting right insights and conclusions to improve them.
  2. Understand the product code architecture, envision, and design new NDO use cases and lead the end-to-end development together with the Technical Lead for those.
  3. Execute and develop domain aspects into prototypes together with the development team.
  4. Verification of results from domain point of view and definition of practical ways of introducing the outputs generated by the products into customer NDO processes.
  5. Analyze and visualize data to define work activities and provide deep NDO guidance and explanations to the team.
  6. Lead Proof of Concept and trials.
  7. Support the NDO tool introductions and operation transformations of our customers.
  8. Consult with technical staff and senior management in customer organizations to understand their requirements.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering or IT.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in radio access network design and optimization.
  3. Recognized as a top technical expert in their area of expertise within their company.
  4. Strong analytical skills. Passionate to grow in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence areas.
  5. NDO expertise in 5G and 4G. Would be an advantage to also have knowledge of Cloud-RAN.
  6. Some level of understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (ML & AI) technologies. Experience would be highly regarded.
  7. Experience in Python coding and source control via Git would be a plus.
  8. Deep Data Analytics knowledge and advanced deductive analytical logic skills (statistical analysis, statistical tools, methods/processes to analyze data, data correlation) would be highly regarded.
