We are seeking an Operational Support Specialist to join our Contact Center team. As the first point of contact for merchants worldwide, you will provide support on a wide variety of topics, from technical to administrative tasks.

You will act as a bridge between different Support and Operational functions, identifying and troubleshooting issues, providing feedback and ideas on how to improve our customer experience. This role requires extensive payments knowledge, a thorough technical grasp of our platform, and a pro-active attitude towards helping merchants.
