Compliance Account Manager

At dLocal, we're on a mission to enable global brands to collect payments in 40 emerging markets. As a Compliance Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our merchants comply with all regulatory requirements.
As a key member of our team, you'll partner with internal teams to prioritize and maximize our internal knowledge and resources to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for our merchants. You'll develop and manage long-term relationships with our merchants, ensuring they meet all AML compliance requirements.
You'll be responsible for owning the end-to-end AML onboarding compliance process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and strengthening our relationship with the merchant. You'll become the go-to expert on dLocal's AML onboarding and compliance requirements, keeping track of every aspect of our merchant's business model around compliance and finding smart solutions to mitigate ML/TF and regulatory risks.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in business, banking, or law, supplemented by Compliance and/or Risk Management training. You'll have 3+ years of experience in the Corporate Onboarding space, a commercial mindset, and excellent English communication skills.
