About the Role

As a Customer Experience Ambassador at Teleperformance Spain, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales success. Your primary goal will be to deliver a positive customer experience, leading to successful sales outcomes and a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  2. Receive and engage with customer leads from our marketing team, utilizing your expertise to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  3. Lead the pre-sales process, providing a positive experience for future clients and setting the stage for successful sales outcomes.
  4. Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, always prioritizing the client's needs and satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in pre-sales, sales, and customer service in a multi-channel environment, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  3. Fluency in French, with a C2 level of proficiency.
  4. High levels of self-motivation and a strong desire to contribute to achieving company targets.
  5. Customer-centric and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  6. Attention to detail and a strong sales affinity, with a focus on driving sales success.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a willingness to support and contribute to team goals.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of €19,743 gross/year, with the potential for up to €1,800 gross/year in target bonuses.
  • A 38.5-hour per week temporary contract, with flexible shifts between 8am and 8pm.
