Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and empathetic communication with guests via phone
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously, adhering to our hotel's service standards
- Keep updated contact information on employees in other departments
- Solve general queries and manage incidents following established protocols
- Refer guests' complaints to appropriate departments
- Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services
- Accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately, ensuring professional and efficient service
- Ensure that the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information is respected
- Exceed guest expectations by addressing concerns promptly and providing proactive solutions
What You'll Need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes
- Knowledge of hotel operations and services
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
