Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Capital Markets Sales Director. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for originating and completing mandates across the entire spectrum of debt capital markets and loan finance transactions globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing relationships with market players involved in debt finance transactions
  • Originating, solutioning, and executing new transactions
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and partnering with sales colleagues to fully appreciate client requirements
  • Preparing and presenting deal documentation for internal committees
  • Defining a sales strategy and engagement plan to grow our business profile across key markets and products
  • Periodic reporting on KPIs
  • Attending relevant industry events

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in the financial services industry with an existing network
  • Experience with SPV administration, loan agency, structured finance/credit, securitisations/ABS, or bonds
  • Comfortable working on multiple mandates coordinating multiple product lines under tight delivery deadlines
  • Client-centric with an eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve
  • Willing to navigate and cross-sell our extensive wider services
  • Communicative personality with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
