About the Role:
As a key member of the Alantra Group's Corporate Venture Capital Unit, you will collaborate with corporates to develop and execute their venture capital strategies. This involves providing end-to-end advice, including deal flow origination, negotiation and execution of investments, and portfolio management support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the interaction with clients on a daily basis, organizing the activity, the deployment of the program, and the reporting.
- Manage the team and coordinate activities: deal flow generation analysis, network development, preparation of investment proposals, negotiation and execution of transactions, portfolio management, and reporting.
- Collaborate in the identification of new business opportunities, new clients, pitch preparation, and presentation to potential clients, industry analysis.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of professional experience.
- 4 years in Venture Capital, Corporate Venture Capital, VC investments roles, or similar.
- Track record in VC investments and negotiation and execution of transactions.
- Strong international VC network.
- Strong team management skills experience.
