We are seeking a Business Builder to join our team at Byld | Corporate Venture Builder. As a Business Builder, you will play a crucial role in building our ventures from the ground up.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in business strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship. You will be responsible for establishing people-centric business strategies, uncovering user needs through research, and developing deep insights to generate business concepts.
You will also be responsible for designing and building digital validation artifacts, prototypes, and final products to validate our business concepts. Additionally, you will unleash the power of venture building and our validation methodology using no-code tools and get out the building to test any experiment.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about Web3 and creating new ventures together with top corporates. If you have a strong mix of entrepreneurial experience and practical knowledge of the venture's design journey, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish people-centric business strategies for our ventures
- Uncover user needs through research and develop deep insights
- Generate business concepts and craft how people will interact with the products and services we build
- Design and build digital validation artifacts, prototypes, and final products
- Unleash the power of venture building and our validation methodology
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in innovation consultancy, corporate innovation, or corporate strategy
- +2 years of entrepreneurship experience (as staff, founder, or C-level in a normal startup or as a part of a venture builder)
- Strong background in business strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship
What We Offer:
- Permanent contract with remote work policy
- Salary: 22-27K€ + 10% Variable
