Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst Intern to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will assist in the daily operations of our fund, working closely with our Operations team to ensure seamless execution of our investment strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Law or Business, with a passion for Corporate Law and Finance. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, and excellent communication and analytical skills are a must.

As an Operations Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including:

  • Assisting in the execution of financing rounds in young technology companies
  • Reporting to our Limited Partners
  • Fundraising and regulatory compliance
  • Structuring of a new fund
  • Developing ESG policies
  • Fund and portfolio analysis
  • Data Protection and AML
  • Dealing with corporate and tax general matters
  • Development and monitoring of Diversity KPI's
