Job Summary

As a Sales Operations Analyst Intern at Criteo, you will be part of the FP&A and CSF&O organization, working on improving, scaling, and driving quarterly commercial cycles through processes and tools. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing Sales Compensation strategy for the whole Commercial population.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in sales compensation administration, including data quality checks, analysis, and achievement calculations
• Support Regional Sales Ops in quarterly Business Planning and Compensation processes, including target setting, achievement exceptions, and SPIFF and achievements changes
• Improve Data quality in the Sales Compensation Management Tool - Anaplan, including preparation of accruals and achievements processes
• Animate the Business Operations community, including consolidating Planning and Sales Compensation updates and follow-up actions for key Business Ops meetings

Requirements

• Excellent speaking and writing in English
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on
• Fast and enthusiastic learner
• Used to deal with large sets of data & numbers (Excel proficiency, Power BI is a plus)
