Role Summary

Our single-source solution provides a tailored and comprehensive range of administrative, corporate agency, and banking services to support conventional and structured debt capital markets and loan market transactions. We partner with a broad spectrum of market participants, including banks and non-bank financial institutions, private equity, asset managers, consultants, and law firms, building on our global network for both local and international cross-border deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originating and completing mandates across the entire spectrum of Debt Capital Markets and Loan Finance transactions globally.
  • Developing relationships with market players involved in debt finance transactions that require administrative services.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and partnering with sales colleagues to fully appreciate client requirements on new opportunities.
  • Defining a sales strategy and engagement plan to grow our business profile across key markets and products.
  • Periodic reporting on KPIs.
  • Attending relevant industry events.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in the financial services industry with an existing network.
  • Experience with SPV administration, Loan Agency, Structured finance/credit, Securitisations/ABS, Bonds.
  • Comfortable with simultaneously working on a variety of mandates coordinating multiple product lines under tight delivery deadlines.
  • Client-centric with an eye for detail and the ability to problem-solve.
  • Willing to navigate and cross-sell our extensive wider Apex single-source solution.
  • Communicative personality with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
