Job Description

Chronos Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Neuro division in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define annual business goals for the region, including orders and sales targets, and manage the sales team to achieve these objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for our three commercially released products: UF, Neuro, and Oncology/Bone.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, and establish a pipeline of business opportunities for the current and future years.
  • Work with the VP Marketing and Product Managers to define marketing plans for the region and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Lead the process of obtaining reimbursement for our products, working closely with the Reimbursement Team to develop a reimbursement strategy.
  • Support the VP Regulatory in the preparation and implementation of the regulatory plan.
  • Collaborate with the HR Department to define human resources needs for the region.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of capital medical devices in Europe, with a strong understanding of the Neurosurgery market.
  • Experience developing sales channels via distributors and a proven track record of success in this area.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and use initiative to drive growth.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
