At Shockwave Medical, we are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager Spain to lead our regional sales team and drive revenue growth in Spain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical device market, particularly in interventional cardiology, and excellent communication skills to effectively build and manage a direct sales force in Spain.

This role will be responsible for developing and expanding a regional sales team to deliver best-in-class performance for revenue and growth, and will work closely with Marketing, R&D, and the Director of International Sales and Distribution to identify market needs and execute on the sale/commercialization of the Coronary Sinus Reducer product.

The National Sales Manager Spain will contribute to the continuous development of a growth strategy focused on increased therapy penetration, driving revenue sources, and delivering customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include building a Spanish Shockwave Reducer sales force, preparing the market for direct sales channels, overseeing and driving a team of therapy development managers, forecasting sales revenue streams, and identifying and implementing effective therapy development strategies and sales plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales performance, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
