Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of travel operations professionals to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every client's needs are met and exceeded.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including monitoring KPIs, managing DMC inquiries, and resolving escalated issues.
- Coaching and Development: Provide individual coaching and feedback to team members to improve customer satisfaction and performance.
- Project Management: Collaborate with the Travel Operations Management Team on new project initiatives, including GDS implementation.
- 2+ years of experience in people management and customer-facing roles.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Multitasking ability and customer-focused mindset.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Deep knowledge of Amadeus/GDS, DMC operations, and system implementation.
- Experience working with Salesforce and Travelfusion.
