Role Overview

Exoticca is seeking a skilled Travel Operations Coordinator to lead our Travel Operations team, focusing on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring productivity and quality standards are met, managing individual and team performance expectations, and monitoring real-time KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage, motivate, and develop your team to achieve success and meet customer expectations.
  • Supervise, report, and monitor KPIs daily.
  • Supervise and report DMC inquiries affecting Exoticca products.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated internal issues, taking ownership for a successful resolution.
  • Provide individual coaching feedback sessions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Travel Operations Management Team on new project-related GDS implementation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Multitask ability and customer-focus mindset.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English level.
  • Deep knowledge of Amadeus/GDS, focusing on operations and implementation.
  • Experience working with DMC is required.
  • Availability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Experience working with systems like Salesforce and Travelfusion is a must.
  • Based in Barcelona.
