We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Strategic HR Operations Lead to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing personnel matters, ensuring compliance with legal obligations, and maintaining accurate employee data.
This role involves planning, organizing, and carrying out daily operations related to contracts, onboarding, benefits, and more. You will work closely with our management team to provide reports as requested, maintain personnel databases, and ensure all relevant employee data is accurately entered and maintained in IT systems.
About the Ideal Candidate:To succeed in this role, you will need to possess relevant technical/functional knowledge and experience in HR Administration. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position is required, as well as proficiency in both Spanish and English languages. Knowledge of SAP and/or Workday skills is beneficial but not mandatory.
You will also need to be proficient in Excel and have a strong analytical mindset. Our ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and make recommendations on new solutions and propose improvements by reviewing different sources of information.
