Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in a retail or sales environment
* Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs
