Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workflow Optimization Specialist to join our Technical Support Sales department. As a key member of our team, you will analyze laboratory workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to automate and optimize laboratory processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing laboratory workflows to detect improvement areas and develop new lab workflows using our portfolio and IT tools.
  • Communicate complex concepts, including laboratory workflow, to customers and act as a workflow consultant for Total Lab Automation (TLA) customers.
  • Develop new business opportunities and long-term accounts.
  • Complete Project Definition once the final technical solution has been decided.
  • Coordinate and own the Total Lab Automation Tenders technical response.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Degree in a technical, biomedical, or IT field.
  • Previous experience and demonstrated success selling and positioning WIT solutions or selling into laboratory/hospital environments.
  • Knowledge of fundamentals of Lab Automation and IT Technology.
  • Strong knowledge of workflow analytics, including cross-discipline simulations.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
